Le pied est légèrement décousu et comme bébé le met en bouche je n’ose pas lui donner sachant qu’il y’a des « billes » à l’intérieur..

Peluche toute douce. Éclaire bien si vous l'avez bien mise sous une lumière (avec le soleil je trouve que cela marche moins). Je recommande fortement tout de même !

End of the year inventory (From December 26, 2023 to January 6, 2024)

From December 26, 2024, it's inventory time! Shipments will not resume until the beginning of a new year full of surprises!

It is still possible to place orders on our e-shop, during this holiday season, but shipments will only resume at the beginning of next year, from January 6th 2025.

Service requests involving returns of products and spare parts are also affected by these paused activity dates.

Where can I have a Lilliputiens order delivered?

Currently, we only deliver to Metropolitan France (including Corsica), the Principality of Monaco, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, and of course Belgium.

What are the delivery methods and their prices?

For any basket over €40 including tax, delivery is free!

  • Colissimo Collection point: Delivery to the post office, Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers, in 2 to 3 working days, at a rate of €6.90
  • DPD Predict Domicile: Home delivery during time slots, in 2 to 3 working days, at a price of €8.90
  • DPD Pick Up: Delivery to relays, in 2 to 3 working days, at a price of €6.90

FOR BELGIUM

  • Colissimo Domicile: Home delivery without signature, in 3 to 4 working days, at a rate of €8.90

Order shipments take place Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays).

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number allowing you to know the status of your order with the carrier at any time.

This information will be useful for you to contact the carrier to whom the package was entrusted, regarding a question, a delay or complaint.

Please note, once your order is "being prepared" the delivery address can no longer be modified. For more information, you can consult our FAQ section.

Order delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order is being prepared.

How can I pay for my Lilliputiens online order?

We offer various secure payment options for your Lilliputiens order:

We accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard) and Bancontact through the secure Payplug system, which ensures the security of the transaction according to the latest standards via the secure PCI DSS platform of Payplug. We also accept payments through PayPal.

It is also possible to pay for an order using the secure PayPal solution.

When making a payment for an order, you will be redirected to the server of the selected payment system, so that encrypted information is transmitted only between you and the interface that will validate the transaction.

After a successful payment, a confirmation page will load, and an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Please note that our Lilliputiens online store does not offer the option to pay by check or bank transfer.
