We're hiring | Senior Designer at Lilliputiens – Create toys that spark the imagination

Your creative mission

As a Senior Designer, you will actively participate in the creation of future collections. From the initial creative spark to the final product in children's hands, you will imagine, design, and develop meaningful toys that remain true to the Lilliputiens universe.
Working closely with the product, marketing and development teams, you will contribute to building coherent, inspiring and technically sound collections, where creativity meets feasibility.

What you will imagine and create

  • Transforming trends, inspirations, and emotions into powerful creative concepts
  • Designing educational, fun and innovative toys that stimulate a child's imagination and development
  • Explore materials, textures, colors, and narrative elements
  • Bringing ideas to life through inspiring illustrations, models, and presentations
  • Monitor products at every stage of their development, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to target costs.
  • Working hand in hand with suppliers and internal teams to bring creative visions to life

Your profile

  • Graduate in Product Design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in the toy or small business sector.

  • Creative, curious and passionate about meaningful design
  • Technically sound: you have a strong grasp of materials, construction techniques, and production constraints.
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator & InDesign, on a Mac (Apple) environment
  • Sensitive to design trends, fashion and the world of early childhood
  • Positive, flexible and with an excellent team spirit
  • A basic knowledge of English is required
  • Knowledge of eco-design or LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) of textile products is a plus
