All Lilliputiens toys have that little something extra: they excite, amaze, and spark curiosity. They stimulate creativity, fine motor skills, and role-playing… In fact, they encourage little ones to discover their world through play, and in an educational way.

Lilliputiens is a Belgian company specializing in the creation of fabric toys for young children. However, our range has expanded considerably over the years and now includes a whole collection of luggage with cute backpacks, toiletry bags, etc. for little ones!

Do you want to transform your little one's room into a magical world? Lilliputiens also offers a range of decorative items so your child can enjoy their friends while growing up. You'll find poufs, letters, and many other decorative objects!

Most of our toys are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle spin cycle. For best results, we recommend placing the toy inside a pillowcase in the washing machine. This prevents loose parts from getting caught in the machine and fully protects your Lilliputiens toys.

Some toys are only surface washable. Sometimes, the sound element of a toy needs to be removed before washing.

Golden rule: Individual washing instructions are displayed on the packaging and on the toy's label. Read them carefully before washing.

Our toys are also available at numerous partner retailers. You can find a list of these partners on this website, in the "Shops" section. These retailers carry most of our collections and can, if necessary, order the toy of your choice from our range. Finally, several online retailers also offer Lilliputiens toys.

Orders and deliveries

Currently, deliveries are possible in Metropolitan France (including Corsica), the Principality of Monaco, Spain, Germany, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg and throughout Belgium.

We offer the following delivery methods:

For France and Monaco:

  • Colissimo Home Delivery: Home delivery without signature, in 2 to 3 business days, at a price of €9.90
  • Colissimo Collection Point: Delivery to the post office, Pickup point & Pickup Station lockers, in 2 to 3 working days, at a price of €6.90
  • DPD Predict Home Delivery: Home delivery within specific time slots, in 2 to 3 business days, for €9.90
  • DPD Pick Up: Delivery to a collection point, in 2 to 3 business days, for €6.90

The delivery times mentioned above are indicative and do not include preparation time, i.e., from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier. These times apply outside of sales periods, Christmas, and exceptional events (strikes, severe weather, etc.).

Shipments take place from Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding public holidays).

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email including a parcel tracking number allowing you to know the status of the order with the carrier at any time.

You can use this information to track your package throughout its journey.

Yes, it is necessary to create an account in order to place an order on the Lilliputiens website.

You can create your account when validating your shopping cart, or at any time before placing your order.

You can track your order at any time in the "Order History" section of your customer account:

  1. As soon as your order is validated by payment, its status will indicate " Payment accepted " .
  2. Once your order has been sent to our order preparation teams, it is marked " Being prepared ".
  3. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, it will be marked as " Shipped ." A tracking link will then be available. You will also receive an email from the carrier containing this tracking number.

Beyond this point, the order status in your order history will not be updated even if your order is physically delivered. Go directly to the carrier's website with your tracking number for more details about the delivery status.

Once your order has been validated, you cannot modify or cancel it from your customer account.

However, once you have received your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us of your wish to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the product(s) undamaged no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision. You may then place a new order if you wish.

Please note that no address changes are possible once the order has been validated.

Payment

Several options are available to you for paying for an order on the Lilliputiens e-shop.

Payment can be made securely by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard). This service uses a secure payment server with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption from the beginning to the completion of the transaction.

The option to pay via PayPal is also offered, and the payment process remains secure.

Our Lilliputiens online store does not offer payment by check or bank transfer.

Your invoice is generated as soon as your order is confirmed. This invoice is available for viewing or printing in the "Order History" section of your customer account.

Please note that no paper invoice is included in your package.

When you enter your bank details, our secure banking interface performs an automatic payment check to validate it.

If this is refused, we recommend that you contact your bank to find out about the conditions related to online transactions.

After-sales service

  • If your purchase was made from one of our resellers, we invite you to contact them for assistance with this process.
  • If your purchase was made on our online store Lilliputiens.com , we cannot offer exchanges. However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order and return the product for a refund, provided it is in resalable condition. You can place a new order at any time for a more suitable product.
  • If you purchased this product from one of our resellers, please contact that reseller directly for assistance.
  • If you purchased this product on our eshop lilliputiens.com , you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your wish to return, at your own expense, a product that does not suit you.


To proceed with the return, simply follow these steps:

    1. Contact customer service

    Before returning any item(s), please contact our customer service department to inform us of your intention to return one or more items.

    When making your request, please specify:

    • your order number,
    • the product(s) concerned,
    • the reason for the return.

    Our team will assist you with the next steps.

    2. Organizing the return

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    You are free to choose the carrier of your choice to return your package.

    The return address will be provided to you by our customer service department after you contact us.

    3. Transmission of tracking information

    Once your package has been shipped, please forward the following information to our customer service department:

    • the name of the chosen carrier,
    • the package tracking number.

    This step is essential to allow us to anticipate receipt at the warehouse, secure the shipment, and ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

    4. Receiving and checking the return

    Upon receipt of your package at our warehouse, returned items undergo a quality control check. Depending on the condition of the products, the return may be:

    • validated in its entirety.
    • Partially validated.
    • or refused if the return conditions are not met.

    Please note that you must wait 14 days after receiving your package to request a return, then send it back without delay (after 14 days, the legal deadline has expired).

    The refund will be issued to the bank card used for the payment, once the returned products have been received and verified by our warehouse.

    Once the return has been validated, the refund will be made as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of the validation of the return.

    The refund will be issued via the payment method used when the order was placed.

    In the case of a partial return or items not conforming to the return conditions, a partial refund may be applied.

    Please note : the processing time for returns is 3 weeks from receipt of the package in our warehouses.

    Incomplete or damaged returned products (including their boxes/packaging) will not be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping. Therefore, returned products must be carefully protected and packaged (in the original box or another suitable box) before being sent back.

    In the case of a defective product, the procedure is different and a "After-Sales Service" contact form must be completed before any other action : refer to the following section.

    • If you purchased this product from one of our retailers, please contact them directly. They will assist you with the necessary steps.

    In accordance with the law, our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (in the case of a product which is not in conformity with the legitimately expected use or with the description of the seller, to be exercised within two years from the delivery of the goods) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (in the case of a product which has a hidden defect, to be exercised within two years from the discovery of the defect).

    These guarantees are the responsibility of the seller. Therefore, if the product was purchased in-store, the warranty claim must be made directly to the seller, i.e., the store, provided the product is still under warranty. Depending on the circumstances, the seller may offer a replacement, a refund, or a cancellation of the sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep their receipts in order to claim under the warranty.

    • In the event of a defective product or a quality problem following a purchase on our site, we invite you to contact us via the " After-Sales Service " form to be put in touch with an advisor who will guide you through the process.

    You will be asked for a lot of information so that we can best identify the problem and offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Therefore, please fill out the form carefully to help us provide you with a solution promptly.

    Customer account

    Several reasons can complicate and prevent you from logging into your account:

    • Your email address is incorrect . Please ensure you enter the email address provided when creating your Lilliputiens account and check its exact spelling (including capitalization and punctuation).
    • Your password is incorrect . It happens to everyone to forget their password, and you can reset it by clicking on " Forgot your password? " below the login form. An email will then be sent to the email address associated with your Lilliputiens account. It will contain a new password that you can enter to log in and update via the "My Personal Information" section of your Lilliputiens account.
    • You do not have an account . Your registration may not have been validated on our site. Please try creating your account again and ensure you receive the registration confirmation email.

    If you still encounter problems after performing these checks, you can contact us via our contact form.

    You can modify your personal information at any time in the "Personal Information" section of your account.
    In this section, you can modify:

    • your contact details,
    • your email,
    • your password,
    • Your newsletter subscription preferences.
