At Lilliputiens, we do everything we can to make your experience as joyful as possible.
If, despite everything, a creation does not meet your expectations, we will assist you at every stage of your return request.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal , without having to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your wish to return the item before sending the package (see procedure below).
Conditions for accepting returns
To be accepted, all returns must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be new, unused, clean and complete.
- They must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
- Any item returned incomplete, damaged or showing signs of use may be refused or partially refunded.
Return procedure
To ensure your request is processed quickly and securely, returns are made according to the steps below.
1. Contact customer service
Before returning any item(s), please contact our customer service department to inform us of your intention to return one or more items.
When making your request, please specify:
- your order number,
- the product(s) concerned,
- the reason for the return.
Our team will assist you with the next steps.
2. Organizing the return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You are free to choose the carrier of your choice to return your package.
The return address will be provided to you by our customer service department after you contact us.
3. Transmission of tracking information
Once your package has been shipped, please forward the following information to our customer service department:
- the name of the chosen carrier,
- the package tracking number.
This step is essential to allow us to anticipate receipt at the warehouse, secure the shipment, and ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
4. Receiving and checking the return
Upon receipt of your package at our warehouse, returned items undergo a quality control check. Depending on the condition of the products, the return may be:
- validated in its entirety.
- Partially validated.
- or refused if the return conditions are not met.
Refunds
Once the return has been validated, the refund will be made as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of the validation of the return.
The refund will be issued via the payment method used when the order was placed.
In the case of a partial return or items not conforming to the return conditions, a partial refund may be applied.
Special cases
- Package returned without prior contact: any package returned without prior contact with customer service may be subject to processing delays or refusal.
- Package without tracking number: Lilliputiens cannot be held responsible for a package not received in the absence of a tracking number provided.
- Damaged or incomplete products: these situations may result in a refusal or reduction of the refund.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer a standard exchange service.
If you wish to order another item, we invite you to place a new order after your return has been validated.
